## What it does

- Capture and qualify: a chat on the brand's website engages visitors through conversation paths and asks for consent before data is shared.
- Route: each lead goes to the right dealer by location, expertise and availability.
- Follow up: dealers receive leads in the LeadHanger app, call with one touch and record the outcome. A lead that is not followed up in time can move to the next dealer.
- Report: the brand sees volume, response time and conversion by dealer and region in its dashboard.

- Do dealers pay? On Starter and Business, the dealer or dealer group is the customer. On Enterprise, the brand pays, and the dealer app is free for its dealers.
- Is the pilot free? Yes. Pilots are free and run for 60 days, before an annual contract.
- Do pilots need integration? No. A pilot runs on the brand dashboard, without connecting your systems. Integrations start with an annual contract and are in place within 30 days.
- Do you sell leads? No. LeadHanger works with the requests that come from your own website and channels. We do not sell or share them.
